Our Vision

We believe an important part of our pursuit of meaning occurs in the workplace. That’s because the workplace is part of the Creator’s initial creativity and intention, although it has deteriorated to something far less for many of us.

We believe we were created to add value in the world, to make a difference as a reflection of God’s nature. We were born to accomplish something significant that benefits others, and to enjoy the results and the process with others.

Our Values

Transformation: helping people catch the vision to be difference-makers in the workplace by re-envisioning our job as our mission

Provocation: stimulating or “calling out” new ways to see old issues. This is reflected in what we offer as well as the language we use to describe it.

Integration: seeing God’s truth revealed throughout the world and people He created as an example of the integration our work/lives we were designed to have.

Creativity: engaging people to actively explore new ways of seeing their jobs, their lives, and themselves

Community: creating a supportive community of those looking to build positive momentum in the workplace
