There are college fairs and even some job fairs for teens, but our society tends to do little, or nothing, to prepare young adults to consider the real question: What were you created to do?

VOCA equips students with the tools, experience, and vision to answer this question and think about their life direction in a holistic, spiritual manner. With comedy and games, students will consider what they were created to do – perhaps for the first time in their lives. Students will discover for themselves what the difference is between a job and a vocation, or “calling,” and explore things they feel passionate about and called to do.

Students take brief, proven tests that profile their personality type and vocational interests. We discuss what the test results confirm for them as well as potential surprises or questions. Our focus is on helping each student focus on their potential direction in a way that motivates and inspires them.

Best of all, VOCA arranges phone interviews for students with helpful adults in the very fields students have an interest! This allows students to have a conversation with a person who can bring a realistic perspective to the their professed dreams.
